If you are taking Viagra currently for pulmonary hypertension or ED.
If you are using nitroglycerin patches or sublingual it can drop your blood pressures.
If you have recently had a heart attack, heart failure or atrial fibrillation (A-fib) in the past 6 months.
If you’ve had a stroke in the past 6 months.
If you have chronic kidney disease or liver disease you will need labs first to determine if this medication is safe for you to take.
If you have a history of uncontrolled hypertension (blood pressure).
If the practitioner feels this medication is inappropriate for you based on your history, labs, or exam.

We require an office visit either in person or virtually to discuss concerns. Labs will need to be drawn. Then, we determine a treatment plan that is suitable for your needs and goals. Prescriptions are sent to a local pharmacy or we can have them shipped to your home for privacy.

ED can have multiple causes. Sometimes ED can be due to low testosterone levels and it can be corrected when a man’s testosterone levels are raised with testosterone injections or pellets. Other times, it maybe necessary to have Cialis or Viagra as treatment as well.
