You must reside in Texas, Colorado, New Mexico or Arizona to be seen by our providers.

Our weight loss program is a comprehensive program that includes guidance for meals, fitness, water intake, protein intake and more. We do not simply provide the medication. that is only a piece of the program you will be participating in!

Options for treatment

Subcutaneous Injections- Weekly

GLP-1’S- decreases appetite, slows gastric emptying and helps you stay full longer

Potential side effects: nausea, diarrhea, constipation, vomiting and/or indigestion

Contraindication: history of pancreatitis, Type 1 DM, alcoholism, multiple endocrine neoplasia type 2, and medullary thyroid cancer

Shipping- The pharmacy may take up to 5 business day to process your prescription once we submit it. Then, it will via UPS overnight. They do not ship on the weekend. Once we submit your prescription, the address cannot be changed until the following month.

Daily Pill Options

Contrave- decreases appetite

It is a combo of Bupropion and Naltrexone which decreases appetite. 

Contraindication: hx of seizures, uncontrolled HTN, chronic long term use of opioids 

Potential side effects: nausea, vomiting, headache and/or dry mouth


Qysmia- decreases appetite

It is a combo of phentermine and topamax which decreases appetite. This will require seeing a cardiologist for clearance before treatment can begin.

Contraindication: cardiac issues, glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, pregnancy

Potential side effects: paresthesia, dry mouth, insomnia, headache, nausea, constipation and/or brain fog

Fees

  • $175 If you have had labs done in the past 3 months. Meds are an additional cost that will be discussed based upon what you and your provider decide is best for you.

  • $175/month to $325/month in addition to your monthly visit which can be done virtually or in office.

  • $70 This is for your new patient labs or repeat labs. If you have not had labs done we are happy to order them for you. We require labs be done every 6 months. Or you can have your PCP order labs and bring them to your appointment for us to review. Any abnormal labs will need to be addressed by your PCP.
